Cookie dough = good mood food. Who says it can’t be good for your body, too? These 6 ingredient cookie dough protein bites will absolutely blow your mind. Not only are they a delicious protein-packed snack, but they are just SO simple to make! I’ve been eating one or two before/after workouts all week and there are so many ways to customize them with ingredients you already have at home.

6 Ingredient Cookie Dough Protein Bites
Ingredients: recipe makes about 24 bites
2 cups flour of choice (I used oat flour)
1/3 cup vegan protein powder (my favorite is Nuzest)
1/2 cup nut butter
4 tbsp maple syrup or agave
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup plant milk
1/4 (or more) dairy free dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- In a large bowl, whisk dry ingredients followed by wet ingredients
- Once cookie dough consistency is reached, stir in dark chocolate chips
- Roll dough into balls and place on the baking sheet
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze to enjoy later!
