Sea Salt Caramel Protein Bites

Look how cute and mini! These are one of my favorite protein treats I have EVER made and they are straight up like eating a dessert. Packed full of protein, these are the perfect little pre or post workout snack or even a healthy, filling dessert!

Ingredients:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter

• 1/4 cup maple syrup

• splash of caramel extract (sub vanilla)

• 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder

• 1 tbsp any milk

Instructions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until a batter forms.

2. Transfer to a parchment lined container and pat down. Sprinkle with sea salt

4. Freeze for 1 hour and cut into mini bite sized bars
