I found the best way to get your protein in while still being festive for Valentine’s Day…homemade vanilla protein bars! These cuties are all dressed up with tiny heart sprinkles and ready to celebrate the month of love 💖💕❤️ Make this for your Valentine (or keep all to yourself)! 💋
Ingredients:
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup + 3 tbsp any vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp any milk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
vday sprinkles, obviously 💕
Instructions:
1. Mix the above ingredients in a bowl, you should get a cookie dough-like consistency
2. Store in the freezer for 1 hour before cutting into squares or rectangles and enjoy!
