Cinco de Mayo at home isn’t soooo bad 😋🎉 Baked tortilla chips are a must to pair with all the tequila and Mexican food. If you’ve ever been to an authentic Mexican restaurant, you can just tell when the chips are homemade. Paired with fresh homemade guacamole or salsa, there’s just nothing better!

Attempting to bring a little something extra to the table whenever I crave Mexican food, I’ve made my own version of tortilla chips using a bunch of different brands. I’m stunned every time with how amazing they turn out! They are made with three simple ingredients you may already have in the kitchen. Serve these delicious and healthy baked chips for your next Taco Tuesday or with your favorite dip 😍
