Do you have frozen fruit in the freezer? Milk? BOOM…you can make sherbet for dessert! This 2 ingredient peach sherbet is the easiest healthy summer treat to keep you cool!
I had frozen peaches already in the freezer so that’s the flavor we went with🍑, but you can feel free to use what you have. You can even get creative and mix a bunch of different frozen fruit combinations. I’m adding strawberry/banana and mixed berry to my list!
On its own, this sherbet is just naturally sweetened with the fruits (and if your plant milk has added sugars.) If you prefer yours a little sweeter, I recommend trying without anything first! Then, you can easily add in once you get the perfect consistency at the end. Of course, you can’t forget the whipped cream topping!
