Is there anything more comforting than a warm, bakery-style blueberry muffin? Probably not – except for maybe these blueberry muffin baked oats! These have all the qualities of a cakey and fluffy muffin fresh out from the oven, but made out of oats and such simple ingredients. Healthy enough to eat for breakfast every day! Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking powder
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
Blueberries to mix in and extra for topping
Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 and combine all above ingredients in a bowl.
2. Mix well and transfer mixture to ramekin/small baking dish.
3. Add extra blueberries on top and bake for 20 minutes.
4. Add additional toppings like peanut butter, yogurt, etc. if desired and enjoy!
