It’s strawberry season and this is the perfect dessert to welcome it! I made this for Mother’s Day and they were so quick to throw together (easily under 15 minutes) and looked too cute!

Ingredients:
• 1 package strawberries
• 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
• 2-3 packets of stevia or other sweetener
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• any store-bought graham crackers

Instructions:
1. Rinse strawberries well and cut around the top, leaving room for the cheesecake filling.
2. Mix the cream cheese, stevia, + vanilla in a bowl then fill your strawberries with as much as you’d like.
4. Top with crushed graham crackers and enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until serving.
