Brownie points to anyone who has self-control and doesn’t eat the entire batch of this dessert in one sitting 🤤🤤🤤 These no bake brownie bites are 100% naturally sweetened and take no longer than 20 minutes to make.

I was craving brownies all week long, but I wanted a healthier alternative that also required minimal ingredients. Whether you need to satisfy your chocolate craving after dinner or need an afternoon pick-me-up, these are the ultimate sweet treat.

Store your brownies in the fridge for a treat to look forward to this week or save them for later in the freezer. Pro-tip: heat them in the microwave for just 10-15 seconds before eating and you basically have a warm and gooey bite of chocolate heaven. Let me know if you try these out and tag your photos with #YourCupofTi!!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup any nut butter (I used creamy raw almond butter from Trader Joe’s)

3 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp oat flour (or rolled oats blended)

optional: cacao nibs or mini chocolate chips to make them extra chocolatey!

splash of any plant milk

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl. Save the chocolate chips to mix in at the very end. If it’s super thick, add just a splash of milk.

2. Set in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm the batter. This will make it easier to form into bites.

3. Roll into bite size balls and store in the fridge (or freezer to enjoy later!)
