Noodle cravings hitting you hard? What if I told you that you can literally eat this entire bag of “noodles” for ZERO calories and ZERO net carbs? It really is a miracle! You’ll love these sesame peanut miracle noodles for a delicious and easy weeknight dinner.
Don’t get me wrong here, I’m not by any means promoting calorie counting…but can we all agree this sorcery is crazy?! I had to get my hands on Miracle Noodle brand’s angel hair to see what the hype was about.
I decided to make them with one of my favorite sauces and all the veggies (we need to eat a well-balanced meal with calories still!!) and let’s just say things got even more NUTS with how amazing this dish turned out overall. To make your own sesame peanut sauce, just combine all the ingredients below. Be prepared to devour it 😍

Sesame Peanut Miracle Noodles
Ingredients for the peanut sauce:
1 tbsp coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
1 tbsp coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
1/8 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp water
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground ginger
Instructions:
1. Cook noodles according to package instructions!
2. For your sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and let set for 30 minutes.
3. Mix in the sauce with veggies of your choice (here I used edamame, peppers, green onions, mushrooms, and shredded carrots), nuts, and your cooked noodles…and you’re done! You can reserve some sauce to pour on top of your meal if you want a little extra 🤗
