Kicking off spooky week with (in my opinion) the best candy, homemade Reese’s cups. Spiced up my childhood favorite just a bit by using pumpkin spice peanut butter. This is the perfect Halloween treat that you’ll gravitate to all year round!

Ingredients:
• 2 cups any chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup pumpkin spice peanut butter (I used Wild Friends brand)
• 1 tbsp coconut oil
• Optional sweetener of choice
• Muffin tray & mini cupcake liners

Instructions:
1. Line a muffin tray with your cupcake liners. Add sweetener to peanut butter in a smal bowl if desired.
2. In a microwave safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil and melt in intervals. I did 4 rounds of 30 seconds, stirring in between until completely melted.
3. Spoon the first layer to your liners with about the melted chocolate and freeze to set for about 10-15 minutes.
4. Add peanut butter layer next and freeze an additional 10-15.
5. Add the rest of the melted chocolate and freeze once again to solidify and you’re done! Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
