Almond butter and jelly oatmeal anyone?! This always tastes like eating dessert for breakfast and looks like a masterpiece (which is v important…like look at that swirl!!). I love adding protein powder whenever I use these toppings for oats, and it comes out super thick and delicious!

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup quick oats
• 1 tbsp ground flax seed
• optional 1-2 scoops of protein powder
• almond butter or any nut butter + microwaved blueberries for topping
Instructions:
1. Mix oats and ground flax seed with a little bit of water in a bowl and microwave for 1-2 minutes. (Don’t completely cover with water for thicker oats!)
2. Remove from the microwave and stir in protein powder, if desired.
3. Top with nut butter and warmed blueberries and enjoy!
