Can confirm you will be craving this one all hot girl summer long! This chia pudding is packed with fresh fruit and protein and makes a perfect filling snack or breakfast. I love making chia pudding with any plant milk but a recent find was this superfruit juice by Amarumayu! I was pleasantly surprised how great this turned out and how refreshing it was. I used their apple flavor here but definitely will be trying out more! Linked the brand here 🙂

Ingredients:
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup Amarumayu juice
Splash of fresh lemon juice – optional

Instructions:
1. Combine chia seeds and juice in a mason jar or any container and store in the fridge overnight.
2. In the morning or whenever you are ready to enjoy, add toppings like granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, and cinnamon!
