You don’t have to wait until the holiday season to make these fun and colorful spritz cookies! I’m actually obsessed with this full-proof, easy-to-use cookie press by Zulay Kitchen that made all the magic happen. Plus, each cookie press comes with 20 different stencils to choose from! I can already picture my family using this for our classic Christmas cookie baking traditions.

Ingredients:

1 cup butter (2 sticks softened at room temp)

3/4 cup pure cane sugar

1 large egg

2 tbsp almond extract (sub vanilla)

2 1/4 cup gluten free all purpose flour

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

1. Beat butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add almond extract and egg.

2. Mix in flour slowly and stir until a dough forms.

3. Load the dough into the cookie press, following box instructions. Decorate with sprinkles!

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes on a cookie sheet and enjoy!
