Birthday cake protein bites! I turn 26 in 3 months on the 13th so I guess we’ll start celebrating! These turned out INCREDIBLE and they’re so fun and easy to make! Perfect little treat to make on a Monday for a great start to the week:

Ingredients:

– 1 cup any creamy nut butter (I used Trader Joe’s raw creamy almond butter)

– 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

– 1/3 cup + 3 tbsp of your favorite vanilla protein powder (Nuzest used here)

– 1 tbsp vanilla extract

– 1 tbsp any milk of choice

– fun sprinkles to top

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients above in a bowl until well combined. Dough should be thick

2. Line a baking loaf pan with parchment paper and press mixture to fit shape. Add sprinkles on top

3. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the freezer for 1 hour or more before cutting into squares. You can store these back in the freezer for a frozen treat or in the fridge to preserve freshness.
