Bored in the house and I’m in the house…making microwave chocolate peanut butter and jelly protein oatmeal bowls 🤤🍫🍓 Oatmeal bowls are a breakfast you’ll never find me getting tired of. Adding protein powder is a power move and is so satisfying right after a great workout! This morning’s healthy and filling oat combo was killer and cured all the sweet and savory cravings. Try it out after a workout and enjoy dessert for brekkie 😍

Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Oatmeal

Microwave Chocolate Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients:

1/2 cup rolled oats

sprinkle of cinnamon

2 scoops chocolate protein powder or choice

2 tbsp my chia jam

fresh strawberry slices

2 tbsp peanut butter of choice

sprinkle of cacao nibs or chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Add your rolled oats and cinnamon to a bowl and fill with a bit of water. (Don’t cover the oats completely in water if you like them thicker!)

2. Microwave for 2 minutes and cut strawberry slices for topping.

3. Once your oats are all done, remove from the microwave and add 2 scoops of your protein. Keep adding more water until the powder is mixed in. It turns out so thick and delish 🙂

4. Top with strawberry slices, chia jam, peanut butter and cacao nibs/chocolate chips and enjoy!
