You’ve probably seen a bunch of these recipes all over your Pinterest feed, and it’s no wonder why they are so popular. They are versatile, easy, and most importantly, healthy and delicious!
Even if you’re not a chocolate chip fan, you can easily switch those out for nuts, raisins, dried fruit, or any topping you’re feeling. On occasion, I personally love adding protein powder to this recipe for a pre or post workout snack on the go! The banana and oats are just a template for endless delicious combinations 💛 enjoy! 3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
1.5 cups rolled oats
add-ins of choice (I used Enjoy Life Foods brand mini dark chocolate chips)

Instructions:
1. Mash your two banana in a small bowl. Then, mix in your oats and chocolate chips/other add-ins until a cookie dough consistency forms. They should be easy to roll into bites!
2. Roll into small bites (or if you want them bigger, go for it!) and transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 F! Store in an airtight container in the fridge to preserve freshness.
