Easy 4 ingredient chocolate protein waffles 🍫 Let me tell you that these hit DIFFERENT after a killer morning workout! This is even the perfect waffle recipe for a slow weekend morning when you need a little extra protein boost (and a chocolate fix!).

If you have flour, protein powder, milk, and bananas in the house, you have all you need to make these. Just combine all ingredients below in a bowl and add to a waffle maker! Top with the goods: fresh fruit and peanut butter. These seriously taste like dessert, and they work just as well for pancakes!

4 Ingredient Chocolate Protein Waffles

Ingredients: *makes 1 medium waffle*⁣

1/4 cup flour of choice (I used @arrowheadmills buckwheat flour)⁣⁣⁣

2 scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder (@nuzest_usa used here)⁣⁣⁣

1 ripe banana, mashed ⁣⁣⁣

1/2 cup milk of choice (add more or less depending on how thick the batter looks!)⁣

Instructions:

  1. Mash your banana in a medium sized bowl with a fork.
  2. Add in your flour, protein powder, and milk and mix until well combined.
  3. Spray your waffle maker with whatever oil you have (I used coconut oil) to keep the batter from sticking. Add your batter to the very center of your waffle maker and let cook until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Top with fruits and your favorite nut butter and serve!
