Can we just…😍🥵 When the only ingredients you need for dessert recipe can be explained by 3 emojis: 🍌🍫🥜 – you know you have to make it asap! Hello, banana chocolate peanut butter brownies! You wouldn’t believe these are completely plant-based with the rich and fudgy flavor packed inside these little cuties. Enjoy them hot and fresh from the oven and store them back in the fridge to have in hand all week when you’re craving an indulgent, healthy treat! (That is, if they last you a week before already making a second batch!).
Ingredients:
1 cup overripe spotty bananas (approx 2 large bananas)
2 cups chocolate of chocolate chips (I used a dairy free kind but you can sub your favorite)
creamy peanut butter for a swirl topping (any from Trader Joe’s are always my go-to!) or nut-free alternative

Instructions:
1. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals (I did this for 2 minutes total)
2. Mash your bananas in a bowl, then add your melted chocolate in and stir well
3. Pour batter into a parchment-lined baking pan then top with peanut butter or your favorite nut butter/nut-free alternative
4. To make the swirl design, move a toothpick t the batter to make a marble-like effect, then bake for 35-40 minutes! Let cool and enjoy 🤎
